ZenCoder License Agreement

Grant of License: DivinityCodes grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ZenCoder in both personal and commercial Unity projects, subject to the payment of any applicable fees and compliance with the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to ZenCoder, including but not limited to its code, assets, and design, remain the sole property of DivinityCodes. ZenCoder is licensed, not sold.

Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to derive the source code of ZenCoder beyond the customization options provided by its API or exposed settings, except where explicitly allowed by applicable law.

Disclaimer of Warranties: ZenCoder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. DivinityCodes makes no guarantees regarding the performance, reliability, or suitability of the software for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall DivinityCodes be held liable for any damages—whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—arising from the use of or inability to use ZenCoder, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination: This license remains effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically and without notice if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy any copies of ZenCoder in your possession.

General: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and DivinityCodes regarding the use of ZenCoder and supersedes all prior agreements or communications, whether oral or written.
